"Elsa" is a 26 inch vinyl toddler baby. She has short blonde hair and blue Real Eyes.*One look at Elsa and you can see she's happy as can be!!! She holds a white bear wearing a hat like hers but she could just as well be holding "Old Glory". Navy blue sheer woven dotted swiss makes this dress trimmed with vertical white cotton circles centered with red buttons and red rick rack. The bodice has matching fabric in white trimmed with navy/white stripe bows and red buttons.
